Classic board with performance characteristics. This board is ideal for the surfer who wants to catch a lot of waves and still want to make nice turns on the wave. This board generally has a lot of volume, but the nose and tail have been thinned out in thickness to make surfing more to create performance.
Fully laminated in volan, this is the type of glass fabric that used to be used for classic surfboards. Volan is a bit heavier but firmer and also gives a green-blue glow to the surfboard. An extra layer of volan is laminated at the deck and fin patch. On the deck has coral red pinlines applied.
This board goes from single concave to double concave to vee. Single to double for more speed, the vee to promote rail to rail surfing. In terms of rocker this board has a tail kick to make the board even more maneuverable. The rail is 50/50 shaped with a hard edge on the bottom of the last foot at the fin.
